Important update: Introducing Credits as our new billing unit

We're writing to let you know about an important billing update.

Starting August 27, 2025, operations will be replaced by credits as the new billing unit. Most actions will consume 1 credit per action, advanced features (especially AI) consume more, either with a fixed cost or based on usage, providing a pricing model that better reflects your specific usage.

Here's what you need to know

Automatic conversion: No action is required from you. On August 27, your existing operations balance will be automatically converted to credits at a 1:1 rate: 1 Operation = 1 Credit.

Plan and price: Your current plan and price stay exactly the same. Both manual and automatic purchases of extra credits will work the same way as before.

Credit consumption: Most actions will consume 1 credit per action, advanced features (especially AI) consume more, either with a fixed cost or based on usage.

While operations will no longer be a billing unit, they will still be visible within your scenario execution, now representing your data unit processed.
